What We Do

pdnexa provides browser-based PDF tools. Merge, split, compress, and rotate PDFs in your browser without signing up. All PDF processing happens entirely in your web browser using JavaScript (pdf-lib library). Free allows 20 pages and 10 MB per file. Guests are not counted toward a daily edit limit. Signed-in Free accounts are limited to 5 edits per day (IST).

Paid plans remove Free limits for the days you buy: the 20-page cap, the 10 MB cap, and the signed-in daily edit limit. They do not upload your files. The primary Pricing CTA is ₹199/mo Pro (pro_month) for 30 days. Also listed: Week ₹29 (7 days), 1 Mo ₹99 (30 days), 3 Months ₹299 (90 days), 12 Months ₹999 (365 days, standard file limits), and yearly Pro (pro_year) ₹1,299 (365 days). These prices are shown on the public upgrade CTA and on Pricing. The guest homepage is the door to the tools; plan prices are on that CTA and on Pricing.

Your Files

• We do not receive your files. PDF stays in your browser — never uploaded.
• We do not upload your files to our servers. No PDF bytes are transmitted over the network.
• We do not store your files. Files exist only in your browser's memory during processing.

Optional Account Sign-In

Merge, split, compress, rotate, and the other tools in the menu stay available without creating an account or signing in. Free allows 20 pages and 10 MB per file. Guests are not counted toward a daily edit limit. Signed-in Free accounts are limited to 5 edits per day (IST). Signing in does not raise a guest to Pro file caps.

Optional Google Sign-In: If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture from Google to create and maintain your account. This information is used solely to authenticate your session.

Signing in does not change how PDF tools work — files are still processed entirely in your browser and are never uploaded to our servers.

Data We Collect

If you sign in, we store account identifiers (such as email/name from Google) and billing entitlement metadata (plan, period end, payment provider IDs). Edit-quota counters store only a tool id and a daily count — not PDF contents, file names, or page text. When you download a result while signed in, Account history saves the file name and tool (for example Merge PDF). The PDF itself is not uploaded.

Standard web server logs (IP addresses, browser types, timestamps) may be collected by our hosting provider for operational purposes only. Payments, when Checkout is enabled, are processed by Razorpay as an Order. We do not store card numbers.

Payments

When Checkout is enabled, you pay for a plan with a Razorpay Order for that plan’s fixed number of days. While Checkout is disabled, Pricing does not take payment. Razorpay Checkout scripts load only when you start a paid plan purchase and Checkout is enabled.

Data Protection Compliance

We are committed to compliance with applicable data protection laws, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023. A formal DPDP grievance process is not offered yet.

PDF contents are processed in your browser and are not stored. Account data (sign-in profile, plan, and signed-in file names) is limited to what this policy describes.

Third-Party Services

This site may load third-party resources (fonts, scripts) for functionality, and Razorpay Checkout scripts when you start a paid plan purchase and Checkout is enabled. We do not currently use third-party analytics or tracking services.

GST and Invoicing

GST invoicing is not offered yet. If you need a GST invoice for a paid plan, contact us — we will share requirements once GSTIN processes are in place.
